Elly789 on "HTTP Error - Since upgrade to 3.5.1"

Since I upgraded to 3.5.1 I cannot upload any files to my site. I always have an error saying 'HTTP Error - can anyone help please?

I have searched my PHP error log and found this if it is any help??

Not sure if this is related to the uploading or something else - I'm not very well clued up on PHP! If anyone can help.... I would really appreciated. Very frustrated at the moment as I can't use my site as I would like to!
